Manty Ceramics

Manty is a ceramic process using wood and an axe as the only tools to create shapes for the porcelain and stoneware slip cast. The grain of the wood dictates where the wood will split and therefore leaves nature partly in control of the design. All wood is sourced from discarded or fallen trees.
